Having our own team of staff that can action most repairs makes us able to react when tenants have minor problems, and we pride ourselves that these issues get dealt with professionally.

We charge a tenant an administration fee to rent a property; this small fee of £50 includes credit checks, references, meetings and administration – there are no hidden costs.

We have our own plumber, joiner and rent collector.
